Commands

The command is /somapace, and /sp is built in as a shorter form.

/sp alerts	Turns your own chat alerts on or off.	soma.pace.alerts
/sp reload	Rereads config.yml.	soma.pace.reload

Toggles the alerts for the player who runs it, and nobody else. Player only, since the console has no chat to receive them.

Alerts are on by default for everyone who holds the permission, so this command is really a way to turn them off during a busy event and back on afterwards. The choice is saved, so it survives a reconnect.

Rereads config.yml and applies it immediately. Use it after changing cancel-breaks or the webhook settings.

There is nothing to reload for the detection itself, which needs no configuration.
